I watched this video and thought, ok this workout is going to be simple. HA, well it wasn't! This routine killed my lower abs, I went to bed in pain. Summer SZN is just beyond the horizon so I will definitely add this workout to my routine. When I gain weight the first area it goes to is my stomach and my face, ugh. I'm pretty slim so having a plump, beer belly type stomach is not cute on me lol! Still looking for a gym rat friend that lives in Bedstuy, so if you are that person HIT MY LINE!
